Required footings are scheduled and dug at your property.

Posts Set
Required posts are scheduled and set in concrete.

Installation Complete
Your patio cover is installed and your project is complete.
Deposits & Material Ordering
A deposit of one-half or one-third is required at signing of the contract. From there, materials are ordered through our manufacturer, which typically takes three to five weeks for delivery.
Footings & Post Setting
While materials are in production, required footings are scheduled and dug, and required posts are scheduled to be set in concrete.
Completion Timeline
Our goal is total completion of your project within four to five weeks of contract signing. Projects are subject to delays due to manufacturer lead times. We will notify customers of scheduled dates for footings, post-setting, and installation, as well as any delays should they occur.
